Course Summary
This is a one-day course is designed to provide an in-depth discussion of current vestibular assessment, prevalence of vestibular disorder in the UK and current guidance. The course is aimed at users already performing vestibular assessment and using the ICS impulse, and for those interested in paediatrics vestibular assessment.

Description.
There will be opportunity to discuss ways to streamline assessment and provide new insights to upcoming protocols and new technology. Key training areas include hands on practical, interpretation and improving efficiency in differential diagnosis.

  • Describe key oculomotor pathways that asses central pathology efficiently.
  • Describe differences between ocular motor subtests 
  • Performing efficient bedside assessments.
  • Performing efficient VEMPS and new research in normative interpretation

  • Describe anxiety overlay in vestibular patients and ways to address this.
  • New technologies to assist in differential diagnosis in vestibular patients
